Employers Agent / Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an Employers Agent / Quantity Surveyor.

The primary focus of the role will be to act as Employer’s Agent and Client Representative on a wide range of new build housing and regeneration projects, seeing projects through from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality.

Surveyor / Employers Agent Position Requirements:

• MRICS status desirable / relevant Degree essential
• Able to lead a project and report directly to clients (with minimal support from seniors)
• Experience in measurement surveying using the RICS Code of Measuring Practice
• A sound understanding of D&B forms of building contract
• Experience in undertaking tender analysis and producing tender reports
• Experience in compiling tender packages and Contract Documents
• Experience of the administration of Development Agreements
• Good understanding of construction technology
• Experience in carrying out quality inspections, defects identification & rectification, and preparing written reports.
• Strong communication skills
• Full / clean UK Driving License

Based at our Wolverhampton office, projects will be typically within a 60 mile radius, although some commissions may be beyond this radius with coverage ranging from the Greater Manchester area down to Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
