Land Finding and Development

At DEP we can provide a dedicated Land Finding and Development Consultancy Service specialising in packaging up land and build schemes and section 106 opportunities.

Expertise will be provided in all areas of affordable housing provision, policy, practice and delivery including:

• Introducing land and build opportunities.
• Leading on s106 opportunities from developers to deliver affordable housing, negotiating with Registered Providers and Local Authorities.
• Project management, pre and post contract
• Planning and affordable housing, negotiation and advice
• Research on matters relating to affordable housing and planning implementation

Sarah Bradshaw is our dedicated, in-house Business Development Manager who specialises in presenting new opportunities to our Housing Association clients enabling them to achieve their delivery targets.

Sarah has extensive experience in Development, having worked in affordable housing project delivery teams and the private sector she understands Client requirements in full.

As part of this in-house service, DEP will establish the Clients individual requirements, produce scheme layout and cost estimates making the appraisal process more streamlined and allowing land offers to be produced and submitted without any delays.
