Safety through design

Since incorporation in 1995 to provide services under The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994, DEP has established a sound reputation for integrating with the design team to achieve best practice. By aiming for the best possible standards, DEP helps the design team and the principal contractor integrate health and safety into their designs, providing effective and practical solutions, advice and support and ensuring a safer and superior asset for the client.

The CDM services are provided either as an integral part of an overall commission to the Practice, or as a stand-alone service to clients. DEP and our professional and experienced consultants provide a comprehensive service and have relevant individual qualifications and company accreditation’s, including Association for Project Safety (APS), Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and SSIP CHAS (Contractors Health And Safety assessment scheme).
