Extension of this City Centre Assurance Society called for ‘Landmark’ architecture combined with natural shading to prevent overheating and to maintain comfortable working conditions.  As the existing facility remained in full occupation the construction was designed for swift execution to limit the time on site and the disruption and disturbance involved.
