This project started as a rural exception site of 12 houses and bungalows for affordable rent. Followed by 3 further phases including 6  shared ownership houses and one four bed bespoke fully adapted bungalow. This site had full community involvement as a Community Led Project Board was established which included local residents, Parish Councillor’s, Shropshire Council and Wrekin Housing Trust. This Board was involved in all stages of the planning and build throughout the 4-5 years of construction.
