A new build family centre that was created to serve the local community, providing training and support for local families, childcare provision and a base for health professionals.  The centre was designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible and was nominated under the Sustainability category for the 2011 RICS Awards. As well as fitting in with the location by using materials and detailing similar to the surrounding buildings, the project successfully added to the local community.
