A much needed rural development of 12 houses with a planning requirement for a great deal of communal amenity space has been developed by Severnside Housing. The develoment achieves Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 with domestic hot water heated by roof mounted solar panels. Further phases of this development (Oaklands View) are being undertaken to complete the whole scheme.
St George’s Woolhope
small rural community scheme of six units for both rent and shared ownership, built to Sustainable Homes Code 3. Affordable warmth was provided by air source heat pumps, and the attractive scheme was designed to blend with the local construction.

An interesting new housing development of 20 units adjacent the River Severn which included the relocation of Great Crested Newt’s habitat and the construction of a community children’s play area.

Hospital Block Re-roofing
We were commissioned to undertake surveys, then carry out extension works on this Grade 2 listed building. Considerate repairs and reconstruction included work to roof, structure and work within the offices and works; all on an occupied hospital site
Severn Hospice, Telford
An important and significant hospice facility built to meet the particular needs of the patients, and largely funded by donation.
