As the Employer and Contractor had not worked together before, we helped build the relationship in an open, constructive, non-adversarial manner.  Particular discussion was held around the Employer’s handover requirements and the programming of external works, in order to provide safe access for the incoming residents. Practical completion was achieved in October 2015.  The same project team moved on to construct a scheme of 81 units which is due for completion in 2017.
