The project was the creation of a new enlarged Entrance, Waiting Area and associated Administration Accommodation. The existing entrance was deemed insufficient and failed to provide both direction and the necessary security, space and accommodation for the School’s Personnel.

The design element of the project was undertaken by the School’s Architects, with The Derek Evans Partnership LLP commissioned to act as Project Managers and CDM Co-ordinators. The works involved extensive structural alterations to achieve the School’s vision and required a high attention to detail to ensure the requisite finish was achieved.

The result is a fantastic new entrance which is modern, light and clean, whilst providing increased security through the use of an ‘air-lock’ arrangement, a welcoming waiting area and display / presentation space.

The associated Office facilities provide accommodation for Administrative Support and serves and the main point of co-ordination for everyone in the School.
