Elderly Frail Scheme for Midland Heart (Focus) utilising steel framed volumetric units to create one and two bedroom flats and community facilities. Built in conjunction with a Medical Centre and two adjacent CAT 1 Bungalow schemes.

This scheme was part of a programme of four elderly frail units; three built using MMC and the fourth unit being built in traditional construction as a control model.  Total production was 220 one and two bed flats with full communal facilities located in the centre core of each project.
