Parkfield Community School New Classroom Block

To assist with the programme, a ‘modular system build’ was utilised, reducing the amount of construction required on site.  The design also required a bespoke foundation design due to their being several buried live services in close proximity.

The building is serviced with full air conditioning to ensure optimum temperatures are maintained throughout the year.  Naturally, the building is fully compliant with the latest Building Regulations including full level access and the latest insulation standards, thus ensuring running costs are as low as possible.

Since its installation, the facility has been fitted out with the latest information technology to ensure the pupils are provided with the best education facilities possible.
