The redevelopment of a suburb within Evesham was undertaken by Evesham & Pershore Housing Association, and was designed to provide 29 homes for both rent and ‘rent to homebuy’; and replaced post war ‘pre-fab’ bungalows.

Completed in the Spring of 2011 by Mansell Construction Ltd, the scheme was designed to Sustainability Code 4, and the local community was largely maintained as existing residents returned on completion of the development.
