A scheme of 33 no. units for rent and shared ownership together with external works and adoptable road and sewers procured via the JCT Design & Build form of contract.

We provided full pre and post contract Employer’s Agent and CDMC services.

Benefitting from excellent collaboration with the project team, the scheme ran without a hitch.  An interesting aspect was the ability to provide the residents of shared ownership properties with bespoke design features requested during the build.  Completion was achieved in February 2016.
