Demolition of existing buildings on one site and redevelopment of that site to provide 28 no. units for rent and on a separate cleared site, construction of a further 10 no. units for rent, both developments procured via a design and build competitive tender.

Survey of the site identified major gas and electrical services, which could not be economically re-located.  The final design carefully maximised the site potential by working within the confines of the services to produce an attractive residential development.
