Designed to serve the community and act as a central point and catalyst for the regeneration of Woodside, the Multi Use Centre incorporated community facilities, nursery and dental care as well as a cafe.

Built in the heart of an existing community, contracting was undertaken within reach of both residential and school buildings, and with the full co-operation of the local people including local steering groups.
